Returns and Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

(This policy applies to all purchases of our custom-made 3D printed, hand-painted figurines.)

Custom-Made Orders – No Change-of-Mind Returns or Cancellations

Our products are made to order and highly personalized for each customer. This means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations simply due to a change of mind or personal preference.

Under EU consumer protection laws, the usual 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply to made-to-order/customized items. Likewise, in the US and other jurisdictions, sellers are generally not required to accept returns on custom-made goods as long as this policy is clearly disclosed. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item is being created especially for you, and all sales are final except in the case of a valid issue (defect or seller error) as described below.

Eligible Reasons for Return or Replacement

We will only accept a return, exchange, or refund (as applicable) if your item arrives with one of the following problems:

  • Damaged in Transit: The product arrived broken, cracked, or severely damaged due to shipping mishandling.
  • Manufacturing Defect: A fault in the product’s creation (e.g. structural flaw, improper assembly, or significant painting error) that makes it unusable or not as described.
  • Wrong Item Sent: You received a completely different item or model than what you ordered.
  • Missing Parts or Pieces: Your order is incomplete (important components or pieces of the figurine are missing from the package).

For any other reasons (such as buyer’s remorse, minor paint variation, or any issue outside of those listed above), we cannot accept a return or offer a refund.

Reporting an Issue (14-Day Window)

If you experience any of the above problems with your order, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. Please inspect your figurine promptly upon delivery. If there is a problem, contact us as soon as possible (and no later than 14 calendar days after delivery) to be eligible for a return or replacement under this policy. Issues reported after 14 days of receipt may not be eligible for any remedy.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

Please do not send your item back without authorization. To initiate a return, replacement, or missing part request, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support at p8studiio@gmail.com or use the contact page. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage, defect, or wrong item.
  2. Assessment: We will review your submission and may ask for additional information or photographs if needed.
  3. Return Authorization: If the problem is confirmed and qualifies under our policy, we will authorize a return or exchange.
  4. Return the Item: If asked to return the product, please ship it back within 14 days of our approval. Use the original packaging if possible, and pack the item securely.
  5. Resolution: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If everything is in order, we will proceed with the agreed solution – sending a replacement, issuing a refund, or providing the missing components.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, any returned product must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unassembled, and unpainted (aside from the issue being claimed). All original parts, accessories, and packaging should be included.

If a product is returned altered, painted, or assembled, we reserve the right to deny a refund or issue a partial refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is our fault: We will cover or reimburse return shipping.
  • If the issue is not confirmed or not our fault: The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and no refund will be issued.
  • International orders: We will review returns on a case-by-case basis. Mark returned parcels clearly to avoid customs duties. Any duties incurred may be deducted from your refund.

No Other Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason not listed above. Custom orders are unique and cannot be restocked or resold.

Your Legal Rights

This policy does not limit your statutory rights in the event of a defective or misdescribed item. However, for custom-made products, returns are limited to manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or order errors.
