Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed at p8.studio. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. This policy is consistent with EU consumer information requirements and Shopify’s merchant guidelines.

Processing Time
All figures are made to order. Production typically takes up to 5–7 calendar days before shipping (depending on complexity and current workload).

Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped from Kharkiv, Ukraine.

Delivery Destinations
We currently ship to the European Union, the United States, Canada, and selected international regions (availability is shown at checkout).

Shipping Method
We primarily use Meest Express for both domestic and international deliveries. All orders include a tracking number, which will be available in your account once the order is dispatched. Standard delivery time is typically 4–12 business days, depending on destination and carrier availability. Including production and processing time, the total delivery timeframe is usually 9–19 days.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. We offer free international shipping on orders over $600 USD.

Customs and Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may apply upon arrival in their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Delays and Issues
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs processing, weather, or carrier disruptions). If you experience any issues, please contact us — we’ll do our best to assist you individually.
